The Users Committee is recognized by the Directive 96/97/CE and the Royal Decree 1161/1999 as the mandatory consultative body of airport operators for ground-handling services.
The Committee’s main functions:
- Consult in the selection procedure of service suppliers, according to the specifications document and the guidelines set forth in the election of agents and the followed selection procedure
- Verify the procedure of mandatory consults between the airport operators, the Users Committee and the companies that render assistance service
The Users Committee is represented by the Board of Directors, who manages the guidelines given by the General Assembly as supreme body.
